SHIPPING TIMES

Orders are shipped once processing is complete. Shipping times vary based on location and time of year.

Most orders arrive within approximately 1 week after shipment, though delivery may take 2–4 weeks depending on destination and seasonal volume. Holiday periods and high-demand drops may experience longer transit times.

Hand-signed collectible items are typically made to order to ensure size availability. These items generally ship within 4–6 weeks. Items without sizing options may ship sooner and may or may not be made to order.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly, including apartment or unit numbers.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping addresses must be entered using standard alphanumeric characters.

Don Frye USA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Don Frye USA does not cover international taxes, duties, or import fees. International customers are responsible for any additional charges required by their country.

Please provide a valid email address and phone number at checkout to ensure proper delivery and communication.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Don Frye USA is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking and ensure secure delivery.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local carrier directly for assistance. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office as a first step.
